Prayer of the Week 4 January 2026

Eternal God, who by the shining of a star led the wise men to worship the Christ child:
guide us in this new year by the light of your Word,
that we may seek him with humble hearts and find in him the fullness of grace and truth.
Grant us wisdom to follow where he leads, courage to proclaim his glory,
and love to serve him in all whom we meet.
Through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.
