Prayer of the Week 19 October 2025

Holy One, who calls prophets to heed the whisper of sacred wind,
and artists to render the unseen in strokes of light and longing –
I thank you for the grace to serve: for the ministry you entrusted to my care,
for the imagination you stirred within me, for the witness you shaped through the contours of my life.

As I step into a new season, may your Spirit go before me like dawn breaking over quiet hills.
And may those I leave behind be stirred to follow you
with courage that sings, creativity that dances, and joy that endures.
Through Jesus Christ, our companion on the road, our guide through shadow and light.
