Morning Prayer Thursday, 21 October 2021

Good morning Cornerstone friends and all Living Stones

Heavenly Father we praise and thank you for your protection and guidance, we cannot do the things that we ought to do without your help.

Today let us focus on our many blessings.  We thank You for the opportunity to ask for forgiveness.  As we experience the joys of Your mercy and love may the love of God be reflected by our actions. We are blessed and for that we express our gratitude

You made a perfect world, we must do our part to keep it that way so that we can enjoy the beauty of the earth, and to enjoy living with each other, sharing our skills, and listening more so we better understand each other.  Bless us with wisdom whenever we are about to make life changing decisions.

At present we are experiencing a traumatic world, we come to you in prayer, source of love and consolation be our guide,

Psalm 100 from the Good News Bible

Sing to the Lord all the world!
Worship the Lord with joy
Come before Him with happy songs

Never forget the Lord is God
He made us we belong to Him
We are His people the sheep of His flock

Enter the temple gates with thanksgiving
Go into the courts with praise
Give thanks to Him and praise Him

The Lord is good;
His love is eternal
And His faithfulness last forever

We come to you Lord so that we can become a transformed people, with a greater sense of appreciation of who we are and that you will always be there for us in good times and in bad times, you help us to keep going.

ace and blessings upon the people who helped us Mark, our ministers, the choir, those who take care of the church building.

We remember Kathy, Ben and Tim, those who have been murdered.

Let us pray that powerful pray, The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father in heaven
Hallowed be thy name Thy kingdom come
Thy will be done on Earth
as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
Forgive us our failings
As we forgive those who have wronged us
Help us so that we do not fall into temptation
Deliver us from the evil that exist among us
The Kingdom, power and glory are yours
Amen
