Financial Giving to Cornerstone

Like many charities we have seen a reduction in our income during the current pandemic.  Therefore, any monetary support you are able to give is very much appreciated.  Giving may be through the following methods.

Regular giving with Parish Giving Scheme

The Parish Giving Scheme (PGS) is an established service for managing Direct Debit donations, designed to support churches to fund their mission and ministry. It reduces the burden of work on church volunteers and provides a simple and secure service to congregations.  If you would like to join the PGS this can be done easily by calling them on

0333 002 1271

Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9 – 5.  More details are available on their website.

Online giving

We have a charity deposit account with the Metro Bank which can be used to safely receive on-line or telephone banking donations.  The details you need to donate are:

Name of Account: ‘Christ the Cornerstone Ecumenical Partnership’
(apologies it’s so long, but it has to be our official charity name!)
Sort Code: 23-05-80
Account number: 54451865
Please use your name for the payment reference, then we know who the money is from and can claim gift-aid if appropriate.

Other ways to give

If you would like to pay by cheque, please make it payable to ‘Church of Christ the Cornerstone’ and post to:

The Stewardship Secretary,
Church of Christ the Cornerstone,
300 Saxon Gate West,

MK9 2ES.

If you have already started making on-line payments to our main bank account, please continue to do so, if this is convenient for you.

For any other information about freewill offerings or Parish Giving, please contact Janet, our stewardship secretary at steward.cccmk@gmail.com or by post, using the address above.

Thank you for your continued support to the work of the Church of Christ the Cornerstone.
